A whole day of Powerful Talks

This Workshop has a strong focus on sharing and discussing the application, stability and performance of recently developed Low Melting Temperature solder interconnects in Higher performance chips, Telecommunication components and Large body size components. The Workshop aims to share the common and current status of the material and identify the gaps the industry has to fill with the suppliers and academia. Overall a whole day of idea sharing and deep-dive discussion.
